	group and the Operators of the Oulun Tietoteekkarit Ry. Official
	language of this server is English.

	If you find any material from our archives that violates its

IMPACT ON AN UP-LOADER:

	DO NOT upload any illegal material. If you are in doubt please
	reread the license and copyright notices or contact the author
	or us for a permission or advice.

UPLOAD DESCRIPTIONS:

	We use our own DOS Upload form.
