Telecommunications networks are a critical part of any nation's
infrastructure. Major shifts are taking place in the technology for
these networks.  Sunergy Live from CeBIT (Hannover, Germany) takes a
look at what's going on in Europe to put in place the next generation
telco networks, how countries are coping with the change, and what can
be expected in the future from these new networks.  Although this
program is European based, the discussions will have worldwide
implications.


PRESENTERS

John Gage - 	Director of the Science Office, Sun Microsystems Computer
		Corporation.  Mr. Gage will be a co-host and moderator
		of the program.  He will also introduce some important
		reading materials and resources that apply to the
		topics discussed.

Helmut Krings - Vice President of Central Europe, Sun Microsystems,
		Germany.  Mr. Krings will co-host the program.  He will
		describe the CeBIT exhibit and other telco activities
		in Germany.

Larry Hambly - 	Vice President of Marketing, Sun Microsystems Computer
		Corporation.  Mr. Hambly will discuss telco in Europe
		and Sun's commitment to the future of data
		communications in Europe.

Barbara Stanley - Business Development Manager for Retail and
		Telecommunications, Sun Microsystems, UK.  Ms. Stanley
		will talk about the European deployment of ISDN
		technology and the business potential of ISDN based
		applications.

Jean-Pierre Baudouin - Director of International Center for Network
		Computing, Sun Microsystems, Grenoble, France.  Mr.
		Baudouin will talk about the aspects of network
		computing as they stand today and how they apply to the
		future.

- Ericsson - names to be announced
The panelists will describe their telecommunications implementations,
and some of the future challenges facing their respective companies

Questions and Answers - All sites worldwide will be invited to
participate in a question and answer session via phone, fax and email.
