The only module upgrade path being phased out with this announcement is from M120 to M41. Customers can still upgrade from M120 to M51, from M120 to M512, and from M140 to M514. Q. Can I still upgrade to SPARCserver 1000 and SPARCcenter 2000 systems from my SPARCserver 600MP server? A. Yes. SPARCserver 630MP and SPARCserver 670MP upgrade paths to a SPARCserver 1000 system, and a SPARCserver 690MP upgrade path to a SPARCcenter 2000 system are available. Q. What is the upgrade path for my Sun-3(TM) or Sun-4/3x0 server now that I can't upgrade to SPARCserver 600MP systems? A.
