                 Welcome to the Sunergy Program

The mission of the Sunergy Program is to provide customers/users:
	1) A roadmap to resources available at Sun
	2) Information (both technical and non-technical)
	   that will allow for more effective use of Sun products
	3) A feedback mechanism into Sun that opens
	   communications between customers and Sun management/developers

Sunergy elements include the following:

	1) A referral list containing up-to-date listings of
	   important phone numbers within Sun Microsystems
	2) A guide to technical white papers and other
	   literature available free through mail order
	3) A listing of public domain software sources
	4) A bimonthly eletronic newsletter
	5) Live interactive satellite broadcasts featuring
	   eminent engineers, developers and executives from
	   Sun and the user community

All of these services will be offered free to any interested
customers of Sun Microsystems.

              SUNERGY LIVE INTERACTIVE SATELLITE BROADCAST #2
		    September 27,1991   7:00 am - 8:30am(PDT)

Today, no industry is immune from the need to do business
internationally -- least of all the computer industry. Companies are
discovering that fast, worldwide access to data and resources is a
strategic business imperative. And Sun Microsystems is among them.
With 52% of its revenues coming from its overseas subsidiaries, Sun
recognizes the importance of a global outlook.  The next Sunergy Live
Broadcast on September 27,1991 (7AM Pacific Daylight Time) will examine
the challenges of globalization and how they affect Sun's customers,
users, developers and distribution channels.

Sunergy is a live, interactive satellite broadcast that is available
free to all Sun customers, users, developers and distributors who have
access to a satellite downlink.


Here is a preliminary agenda for the broadcast:

PROGRAM

Scott McNealy (President and CEO, Sun Microsystems, Inc.)
	Scott will discuss recent events at Sun as well as key
	partnerships that have recently developed between Sun and
	several international corporations.

John Gage (Director, Science Office, Sun Microsystems, Inc.)
	John will be reporting from the SUCESU Conference in
        Sao Paulo, Brazil.  His report will cover the
	huge emerging market for workstations in South America and how
	it will affect the computer industry worldwide.

Bill Joy (Vice President, Research and Development, Sun Microsystems, Inc.)
	Bill will talk about technology developments that are affecting
	the global computer marketplace.

Michael Majdalany (Manager, Worldwide Education & Research,
	Sun Microsystems Computer Corporation)
	Michael will talk about Sun's partnership with the global academic
	community and how it will help pave the future for education and Sun.


Bill, Scott and John will participate in a Question and Answer session.
