The changes announced today continue the realignment of Sun's management team in order to best match Sun's business opportunities and enable the company to better focus on the needs of a diverse set of customers. "I'm pleased to have the depth and versatility of talent to permit our evolution as our industry continues to change," said McNealy. "Both Bill and Kevin have delivered very strong performances over the past two years, and we appreciate their efforts. In addition, Dick has been extremely effective in the human resource role these past two years, as the company has made the transition into its current organization. As they move on to their new challenges, we know we can look forward to equally strong accomplishments in the years ahead."
