(SUNW), announced today that it has filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission a Registration State- ment of a proposed offering by the Company of $125 million principal amount of convertible subordinated debentures. The Company plans to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes, investments in property, plant and equipment, and as working capital to finance accounts receivable and inventories.
