2)  Extract SSTM installation files.  (X.Y-Z is the release number)
        # tar xvfz SunTrafficMgr-X.Y-Z.tgz

3)  Install SSTM
        # ./installsstm

4)  Follow directions in :
        /usr/SunTrafficManager/docs/Install_Troubleshooting.pdf
