Problem Description:

4449751    Axi OBP 3.10.12 FCS does not has correct warning and shutdown temperatures
4395642    obdiag hangs in interactive/non-interactive mode].

    This patch has following files:
 
        AXi.OBP.3.10.13.Release.Notes - Firmware release notes
        AXi.OBP.3.10.13.Unix   	- OS level script for OBP update
	AXi.OBP.3.10.13.Floppy 	- OBP floppy bianry
        AXi.OBP.3.10.13        	- OBP firmware binary
 
 
    Firmware update sequence:
 
        1. Update OBP (OS level update method is highly
           recommended).
 
 
    Instructions for OS level SPARC firmware update script:
 
        o Copy "AXi.OBP.3.10.13.Unix" file to the local
          disk of the AXi system.
 
        o Execute AXi.OBP.3.10.13.Unix as "root"
 
        o After flash update is done, halt OS to drop to
          OBP "ok" prompt. Power cycle the AXi board.
 
 
    Instructions for OBP level floppy update:
 
        o Copy "AXi.OBP.3.10.13.Floppy" file to a floppy disk.
 
        o On the OBP 'ok' do the command
 
          ok boot floppy nolabel
 
        o Power cycle the AXi board.
 
 
    Instructions for OBP level update:
 
        o Update the system flash using flash-update command
 
                ok flash-update <complete_path>/AXi.OBP.3.10.13
 
        o Power cycle the AXi board.
