Problem Description:

Fixed bug in the hi-byte of HOSTID when obp converts and restores
     MAC address in i2c prom into NVRAM idprom.
 
     For new format: 0 3 ba xx yy zz
           The bug created Hostid to be 03xxyyzz, the fix
           will create Hostid to be 83xxyyzz.

    This patch has following files:
 
     CP1500.OBP.3.10.31.Release.Notes   - OBP release notes
     CP1500.OBP.3.10.31.Unix            - OS level OBP update
     CP1500.OBP.3.10.31.Floppy          - OBP level floppy image
     CP1500.OBP.3.10.31                 - OBP image
 
 
    OBP update sequence:
 
        1. Update OBP (OS level update method is highly
           recommended).
 
 
    Instructions for OS level OBP update:
 
	o Copy "CP1500.OBP.3.10.31.Unix" file to the local
          disk of the CP1500 system.
 
        o Execute CP1500.OBP.3.10.31.Unix as "root"
 
	o After flash update is done, halt OS to drop to
	  OBP 'ok' prompt.  Power cycle the CP1500 board.
 
 
    Instructions for OBP level floppy update:
 
	o Copy "CP1500.OBP.3.10.31.Floppy" file to a floppy disk.
 
	o On the OBP 'ok' do the command
 
	  ok boot floppy nolabel
 
	o Power cycle the CP1500 board.
 
 
    Instructions for OBP level flash update:
 
	o Update the system flash using flash-update command
 
	  ok flash-update <complete-path>/CP1500.OBP.3.10.31
 
	o Power cycle the CP1500 board.
