Problem Description:

4789856 S9 FCS: en_US.UTF-8/OWfontpath missing entry needed for GNOME 2 hebrew
4798658 ru_RU.UTF-8 and pl_PL.UTF-8 not working. Missing iso_8859_4/5 TrueType ref.
4762506 hebrew does not render
