Patch Installation Instructions: -------------------------------- For Solaris 2.0-2.6 releases, refer to the Install.info file and/or the README within the patch for instructions on using the generic 'installpatch' and 'backoutpatch' scripts provided with each patch. For Solaris 7-8 releases, refer to the man pages for instructions on using 'patchadd' and 'patchrm' scripts provided with Solaris. Special Install Instructions: ----------------------------- Special Install Instruction for bug 4618830, applicable only to SunCluster 3.x nodes. If this patch is being applied to a SunCluster 3.x node, in order for the mount logging option to be enabled on an existing globally mounted file system, these file system must be unmounted and re-mounted manually after this patch has been applied. Patching one node at a time and rebooting while other nodes in the cluster have existing globally mounted file system will not change the mount options for those file systems.
