Patch Installation Instructions:
--------------------------------
Refer to the Install.info file for instructions on using the
generic 'installpatch' and 'backoutpatch' scripts provided with
each patch.  Any other special or non-generic installation
instructions should be described below as special instructions.


Special Install Instructions:
-----------------------------
This patch must be applied to the multi-lingual Sun StorEdge LibMON 2.0
and LibAgent 2.0 release (CD p/n 704-xxxx).  To verify that the correct
version of LibMON 2.0 package has been installed, use the following
command:

% /usr/bin/pkgparam SUNWlagn VERSION
2.0,REV=98.09.14

If the value return is different from above, please install the correct
version of LibAgent 2.0.


Please stop the LibAgent server before applying this patch.
Use the following command.

% <libmon_base_dir>/STOP-LibAgent

You will need to start the LibAgent server after applying the patch.
Use the following command.

% <libmon_base_dir>/START-LibAgent

NOTE: If you have moved the database from its default location of 
      /var/opt/SUNWlagn and you attempt to backout the patch after
      updating any library information, that database will be in 
      an inconsistent state. You will need to manually clean the database.
      To do this execute the following commands as root:

      # rm -fr <database_dir>/db/*

      If you have not moved the database, you will be able to 
      successfully backout the patch and the database will be restored
      to it prepatch state.
