Before starting the installation, be sure that you have downloaded the correct *.EXE files for the desired package. It is also a good idea to review the READ1STC.TXT file before performing the installation, in order to acquaint yourself with what is new in this release. - Installation instructions: (The BA Client and ODBC executables behave similarly) NOTE: THIS PACKAGE IS INSTALLABLE ON WINDOWS NT 4 ONLY!! 1) Extract the installation image by clicking on the desired executable: - TSM520C_AT516_WINNT.exe (For BA Client) or Change into the directory where you downloaded the installation image and type the following from the command line: - TSM520C_AT516_WINNT (For BA Client) NOTE: The file extraction process requires "system temporary directory" space equal to the size of the package regardless of the destination of the extracted files NOTE: Extraction directory on local machine should not be more than 255 characters in length. 2) Follow the SETUP program prompts to complete the installation. NOTE: Installation launches immediately after image extraction, however, actual installation of the client/odbc code may be cancelled, leaving the extracted files in the directory specified during the extraction process.
