	Vista Technologies announced support for ToolTalk(TM) in it's
	product, PCTE Workbench(TM).  With the ToolTalk extension, PCTE
	Workbench combines the power of two open standards: ToolTalk
	and the Portable Common Tool Environment (PCTE).  Software
	engineers using the extended PCTE Workbench to build
	environments and applications based on PCTE can integrate
	programs which use Sun's ToolTalk message-passing technology.
	Such environments can take advantage of all the features of the
	PCTE Workbench, and yet continue to use the ToolTalk message
	passing mechanism.

	Insight is a an automatic run-time debugger, that can find
	programming errors, memory reference errors, and algorithmic
	errors.  Insight pinpoints errors in Unix system calls, C
	libraries, third party libraries, and I/O statements.  It
	verifies calling sequences and format specifiers for
	consistency and correctness.
