This service will enable Sun Microsystems' customers to maintain their critical business functions and applications in the event of a disaster, either natural or created, such as flood, earthquake, or fire. The SPARCworks Development Environment uses the Graph Layout Toolkit Hierarchical Library for advanced graphical data inspection within the SPARCworks debugger. The Graph Layout Toolkit can be used in software development environments for visualization of call graphs, inheritance hierarchies, makefile dependency graphs and for many purposes specific to displaying program structure. Symantec has integrated the Graph Layout Toolkit Hierarchical Library as a component of its acclaimed Time Line 6.0 Project Management System for Microsoft Windows. Tom Sawyer Software provides the placement technology behind Time Line's new Outline PERT and Time-Scaled PERT features. Outline PERT provides a logical representation of a project and all of its sub-projects while Time-Scaled PERT shows projects and sub-projects with time-constrained tasks.
