The SPARCworks Development Environment uses the Graph Layout Toolkit Hierarchical Library for advanced graphical data inspection within the SPARCworks debugger. The Graph Layout Toolkit can be used in software development environments for visualization of call graphs, inheritance hierarchies, makefile dependency graphs and for many purposes specific to displaying program structure. Symantec has integrated the Graph Layout Toolkit Hierarchical Library as a component of its acclaimed Time Line 6.0 Project Management System for Microsoft Windows. Tom Sawyer Software provides the placement technology behind Time Line's new Outline PERT and Time-Scaled PERT features. Outline PERT provides a logical representation of a project and all of its sub-projects while Time-Scaled PERT shows projects and sub-projects with time-constrained tasks. 66.14 ICL Announces TeamOFFICE Groupware for Solaris From: "Anne M. Prine" <0006308359@mcimail.com> Extending its support for client- server workgroup computing in multi-vendor environments, ICL's Santa Clara, California-based TeamWARE Division announces that its popular TeamOFFICE groupware suite will soon be available for SPARC-based servers running Sun Microsystems' Solaris operating system. The Solaris version of TeamOFFICE is expected to begin shipping during the third quarter. Available modules will include TeamForum bulletin board conferencing, TeamLibrary document management, TeamCalendar group and resource scheduling and TeamMail electronic mail. LMU for Sun allows Sun workstations to act as servers for PC client applications on MS-DOS, MS Windows, Windows NT, Windows for Workgroups, and OS/2 platforms. It combines the interoperability that allows users to share applications, information and resources across platforms with the high performance of Sun servers. 66.17 CERAM's TurboCard SBus Compressed RAM Disk Solaris 2 Support From: bmiller@ceram.com (Bill Miller) Solaris 2 device driver support is now availble for CERAMs TurboCard SBus Compressed RAM Disk. TurboCard provides up to 160MBytes of compressed RAM disk in a single SBus slot.
