The Solaris(R) operating environment is tuned to support these systems fully configured. Thousands of applications have been ported, and systems are shipping in volume. Q. Will I continue to receive support for installed systems? A. It is the practice of SunService to support systems 5 years after being removed off the price list Q. What about spares and upgrades? A. Sun will continue to provide spares and upgrades. Future upgrades will include faster processors, like the recently released model 514.
