-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SBus Developer's Tutorial SunFLASH Vol 15 #15 March 1990 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sun Microsystems is sponsoring a number of SBus Developer Tutorials over the coming months. This note is intended to give you advanced notice of these upcoming seminars so you can plan accordingly. The first of these seminars was held on Feb. 13 in Long Beach CA., and had 100 people from 52 companies. We would like to continue this momentum and hold similar seminars in a number of geographic areas. WHAT IS THE CONTENT OF THE SBUS DEVELOPER TUTORIAL? This seminar is an in-depth 4 1/2 hour technical discussion about the in's and out's of SBus developments. This includes discussion of SBus hardware, software, firmware and device driver developments. The tutorials are supported by the SBus Technical Support Group. The agenda will look like this: Agenda: - SBus Business Opportunity - SBus Hardware Design - SBus DMA Contoller Overview - SBus Firmware and the SPARCstation 1 Boot Prom/FORTH Programming Environment - SBus Device Driver Overview WHERE AND WHEN ARE THESE TUTORIALS BEING HELD?
