Problem Description:

5006019  Many corrupted strings are still displayed for non-engish locales. 
 
5006043  Error page is displayed in non-English locale for health monitor scheduling.

You will need to be logged in as root to apply the patch.
 
To install patch 117217-01:
1. Unbundle the patch in a directory where you have root access.
2. From the directory in which you uncompressed the patch, type the following
   command:
   # su root -c '/bin/sh ./install/install'
   This will start the patch installer.
