4614971 Fix for BugID 4490186 needed for Locale en_US.ISO8859-15
	The previous bug fixed the fontset problem for iso-1 locales (apps
	crashing in 64-bit mode with an "unable to create fontset" error), 
	but had to be extended for iso-15 locales.

installs a patch to a standalone machine:

The following example removes a patch from a standalone system:
 
       example# patchrm 104945-02
