	NOTE 1:	The updated boot floppy which has the fixes for 4406777,
		4137829, 4321234, 4325890 and 4375256 can be found in
		patch 110930-03 (or greater).
 
	NOTE 2: The corresponding Solaris Driver ITU patch for iprb
                can be found in 111186-01.
 
        NOTE 3: Some customers may be expecting to need to set a
                driver property to enable this microcode fix because they
                were provided early relief in which that was so.  There is
                no longer any such need.
