Problem Description:

4258577 Need to remove checks for invalid configurations to support pending FCO.
4272532 OBP fails to recover after identifying corrupted SBUS firmware or hardware

and/or the README within the patch for instructions on using

on using 'patchadd' and 'patchrm' commands provided with

standalone machine, where the patch to be installed resides in
the /var/spool/patch directory:
