4117696 dtappgather has a security vulnerability

Note: This patch can be applied to CDE 1.2 and SDE 1.0 installations. The patch 105837 will have to be reapplied if,

1. The CDE 1.2 is installed on the system. The patch 105837 is installed. Later, The SDE 
1.0 is installed on the system. 

2. The CDE 1.2 and SDE 1.0 is installed on the system. The patch 105837 is installed. 
Later, SDE 1.0 is removed from the system.
