Problem Description: 

1157359: 4.1.3_U1 ftp does not prompt for account information when it is 
required by the ftp daemon.

Patch Installation Instructions: 

AS ROOT from within the patch directory:

1.  mv /usr/ucb/ftp /usr/ucb/ftp.fcs
2.  cp `arch -k`/4.1.3_U1/ftp /usr/ucb/ftp
3.  chmod 755 /usr/ucb/ftp
4.  chown root /usr/ucb/ftp
