	I would like to enter this game into the x2 game programming contest. This
	game is for WindowsNT and Windows95, so I hope that you can find some way
	to test it. I am the sole author, and I am not distributing the source,
	unless solicited personally, so therefore I would like to enter it in the
	game by single author category. The game is currently at a beta testing
	level until the artwork can be produced, and tank artificial intelligence
