to _install, run, manage_ internet resources such as:

small bit on legal issues, property, and cryptography

It's aimed at Unix system administrators but you don't need to be at that 
level for this to be one of the most useful books anywhere regarding the 
internet. You do need to have some understanding of UNIX since it is the 
life blood of the internet.
