REVIEW: CD-ROM - CANADA PHONE  - Phonebook on CD-ROM   Pro CD, Inc  1995

As in my review of SELECT PHONE, this is the slickest telephone book CD
database I've seen.  CANADA PHONE contains over 12 million residential
and business listings on a single CD-ROM.  CANADA PHONE has the same
versatile search function as SELECT PHONE, ie: by name, address,city,
province, telephone number, area code, postal code, business heading or
SIC code.  Reverse search is also offered as well as unlimited access
and downloading into other applications programs as well as the neat other
functions SELECT PHONE offers.  See my review of SELECT PHONE which is
available by ftp from the site listed below.

To the best of my knowledge CANADA PHONE is the only Canadian telephone
database.  I found several old friends across Canada in the listings
(I used to live up there ;^)  If you sell or do market research, follow-up,
fund-raising, surveys or need to contact Canadians, this great database
will certainly prove very useful.
